Complaints

Cobaja’s goal, of course, is to provide optimal service for all products, services and shipping. Should you still want to file a complaint if we cannot work it out together, you can.

First, I would recommend that you first communicate complaints to me by emailing info@cobaja.nl. I will pick up your complaint and contact you. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur or the Disputes Committee.

As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
