If you want to return or exchange products that you do not like, you can report this within 14 days of receipt. You inform Cobaja goudsmid atelier by e-mail of the products you want to return or exchange, or you contact cobaja by telephone. After that, you still have 14 days to return the product.
You will receive the purchase amount including shipping costs within 14 working days.
Please note, you can return damaged products, but the damage will be passed on to the consumer.
